客户关系专员
岗位职责：
1.客户完整性管理及分析；
2.制定客户回访计划，对当前客户进行全方位评价，及时汇总客户关系情况，并作出合理化建议，对客户关系改善提案进行管理；
3.深入分析行业竞争情况及同行的客户服务情况；
4.制定客户档案及资料库的管理使用及保密工作流程。

岗位要求：
1、大专或以上学历，旅游、酒店管理、市场营销等相关专业；
2、良好的沟通技巧和协调能力，工作认真，细心，负责，有耐性，具有长期服务意识；
3、自我激励，快速学习能力，能够承受灵活工作时间；
4、熟悉各种办公软件特别擅长EXCEL数据统计，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚。
