岗位职责：
1、根据公司销售、拓展计划，拟定各区域销售、拓展计划并跟进完成指标；
2、业务推广活动的选址和商务谈判；
3、建设与管理销售业务队伍，负责培训和考核部门人员，激励员工积极拓展业务，促成销售目标；
4、根据公司的要求，进行区域专卖店、专柜选址、商务谈判、合约谈判，包括专卖店新开设、关闭、迁址、续约、中止等各项条件的谈判；
5、专卖店合约审核与管理，并在规定的时间内跟踪执行完毕合约的签订工作；协助专卖店开设与营运过程中相关事宜的协调
6、负责开发新客户，达成合作意向并签订加盟合约；随时与客户沟通，了解销售促销情况，保证客户与公司的顺畅沟通；
7、了解竞争对手的加盟政策及市场渠道，并作对比分析，提交合理化建议；
8、独立企划、筹备品牌推广活动

岗位要求：
1.从事服装行业5年以上，具有品牌女性内衣、家具服行业工作经验优先，具有2年以上团队管理经验
2.具有品牌运营、渠道拓展经验
3.熟悉服装市场布局，良好的中高档商场、各中心区步行街铺面资源管理关系、稳定的客户资源
4.具有较强的数据分析能力，沟通能力、协调、组织能力强
5.个性开朗，抗压力强，能适应出差
