工作内容：

1、负责公司电话的接听、转接，接待访客；

2、负责文件复印，收发传真、信件邮递，并做好相关记录；

3、协助对公司各类日常办公用品的管理，以及对办公环境的管理和维护；

4、协助安排公司日程会议，并做好记录及纪要的整理；

5、协助公司相关文书方面的文秘工作及后期审阅校对等；

6、协助记录及管理员工信息资料；

7、协助公司所有内务、外务工作，以及各项活动的安排计划及布置等等相关事务，确保所有活动如期如序进行；

8、完成上级交给的其它工作；

9、协助公司其他日常文职工作，办公事务等。

任职要求：

1、女，大专或以上学历，行政管理或文秘类相关专业；注重形象，气质大方得体；

2、会粤语及普通话，具有一定的英语读写说能力；良好的沟通技巧，有较强语言表达能力和听说能力；

3、熟练操作应用office办公软件和办公设备；

4、具备良好的办公接待礼仪和客户服务意识；

5、做事踏实、严谨，能吃苦耐劳；办事认真负责、工作效率高、有团队合作精神；

6、具有前台相关工作经验，或服装公司行政人事或客服方面工作经验者优先。
