- Bachelor degree graduated from key universities in China, major in Property Planning and Management, Marketing and Sales Management，Legal or relevant disciplines；
- Excellent command of both English and Chinese；
- Fluent in Putonghua and Cantonese；
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills；
- Familiar in MS Office and Chinese word processing；
- Some working experience is preferred but not essential；
- The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in developing a career in the field of property management and investment, and willing to learn and pick up new challenges.
