职位描述
Responsibity:
-Establish standard operation procedure in all aspects (from cutting to Final assembly.)
-Establish baseline figures that will reveal the line's potential output in order to provide planning the actual numbers per style in order for them to make clearer forecast of capacity planning and production scheduling.
-Make sure that the line is performing smoothly through the use of IE tools. (Facilities Planning and layout, motion and time study (MTS) and line balancing)
-Works HAND – IN – HAND with QC so that every product that comes out per operation is done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!
-Design matrices that will provide maximum utilization on both man and machine.
-Make programs or projects that will eliminate WASTES in all our processes.
Qualification:
-Min 5 years experiences in footwear industry.
