职位描述
- 提供大区下属各分公司月度管理分析报告及意见，主要包括工地营运和服务业务、人事部分及其它非财务部分。
- 对各分公司新梯订单台量、价格、产品组合及库存订单分析。
- 分析各分公司工时率、工时成本、效率及贡献。
- 指导大区下属各分公司制订年度业务计划。
- 协助大区总经理对实际营运业绩和计划及预算进行对比分析，并提出改进的整改意见。
- 对大区下属各分公司发生成本费用情况，资金情况进行分析评估，找出差异并提出整改意见。
- 审核大区范围内资本性立项支出，将此与计划预算对比并跟踪。
- 协助大区总经理准备月度管理报告分析及意见，主要包括销售及订单部分、工地营运部分及财务分析。
- 分析评估大区下属分公司各项业务和部门业绩，提供财务建议和决策支持；
- 指导大区下属各分公司按照工厂流程和目标制定应收款计划并随时予以追踪控制，以便有效执行。
- 完成上级领导临时指的其它工作。
