岗位职责
1、根据公司销售策略合理制定运输以及货物配送工作计划并落实执行，对物流运输公司工作表现和考核标准不断进行总结和完善；研究解决物流工作中遇到的问题，制定物流工作重点；
2、根据各渠道的订货需求和物流方式，针对各运输公司合作伙伴的优势特点合理安排不同目的地的运输服务,密切监控货物运输动态信息，做好在途运输货物的统计分析，及时反馈给相关部门，并跟踪货品到达情况。
3、根据销售计划和采购计划制定仓库备货计划，并协调外部物流提供商的关系；
4、对运输公司服务进行评估,并努力寻求更优质物流公司合作伙伴；
5、和相关部门负责人协调仓储工作；
6、控制仓储成本以及确保储存货物安全。

任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，物流、运输管理或经济管理类相关专业；
2、3年以上物流操作相关领域工作经验，具有海运、铁路、公路运输、物资仓储、货物运输和包装管理等工作经验者优先考虑；
3、熟悉物流操作流程及相关标准规范，具有物流运输、仓储领域专业的操作技能，有很强的客服意识；
4、熟练操作计算机及办公自动化软件，有物流英语应用能力者优先考虑；
5、具备良好的沟通和组织协调能力，较强的分析和解决问题能力，积极主动，吃苦耐劳，责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力。

Overview
Czarnikow Group, founded in 1861 in the City of London, is a specialist in trading and advisory business which operates in global sugar and ethanol markets.
Czarnikow has a unique insight in to production, export and trading of sugar and sugar bi-products such as ethanol. It provides financial and other services through the physical supply chain, including physical trading and brokerage, freight and haulage, as well as advising on the financing and development of longer term investment projects related to the production and handling of sugar and ethanol.

As one of the UK’s oldest sugar traders, Czarnikow is a first class counterpart in the physical market acting as an interface between suppliers and final consumers. In addition to structuring finance and trade support services through the physical supply chain, Czarnikow is known for producing independent, qualitative analysis of the sugar market.
Czarnikow has been publishing analysis since 1861 and releases, on a monthly basis, the Czarnikow Sugar Review, which looks at the key global trends and their impact on prices.
