Job Description:
1.Manage Lab daily operation to ensure Lab capability to meet company requirement管理实验室日常运作以确保满足公司需求
2.Coordinate Headquarter and sourcing team to development and qualify new product like Fan/Appliances配合总部和采购团队开发和鉴别质量(如风扇和家用电气等产品)
3.Define test method to ensure product meets market requirement规范测试方式,以确保产品满足市场需求
4.Supplier mass production product performance monitoring供应商大规模生产的产品性能监控
5.Supplier Lab qualification and correlation供应商实验室关联资格确认
6.Calibration and adjustment of measuring equipment in the Lab在实验室内测量设备的校验和调整
7.Customer complaint handling客户投诉的处理
Qualification requirement:
1.Above 5-8 years working experience in Appliances/Fan Lab testing and management不少于5-8年家用电气及风扇实验室测试与管理的工作经验
2.Good at English, communication skill and team work良好英语及沟通能力,具团队合作精神
3.Well known Fan & Appliances international standard熟悉风扇及家用电气的国际标准
