Our requirements:
1. Age from 28 to 35 years old (no special requirements on residence registration);
2. Special education in footwear and university degree is a must have skill.
3. Extensive experience in footwear production includes material, last and tooling.
4. Experience in a similar position;
5. Thorough understanding of product development, sourcing and coordinate with shoe suppliers;
6. Footwear contruction knowledge;
7. Detailed knowledge of QC International Standards such as AQL.
8. Excellent command of spoken and written English (Above CET-4) neccessary. Cantonese is an advantage.
9. Attention to details, very good team player.
10.Ability to travel frequently on business.
11.Working place:Guangzhou/Dongguan in GuangDong province


Job Responsibility:
1. Monitor manufacturing process;
2. Organize the working process in FW Department;
3. Assist HQ staff in solving production problems on site ;
4. Source new suppliers according to HQ requirements;
5. Evaluate suppliers according to check-list, provided by the HQ.
