职位描述
工作职责：
1.负责 组织实施产品采购
2.根据产品经理的要求，负责组织建设供应商管理体系；开发合格供应商，对供应商进行评定并建立供应商管理档案（付款条件，最低订货量，交货期等）
3.负责对新购材料进行分类，编号，归档
4.负责根据设计师要求完成材料开发和采购工作
5.负责根据产品参数开发新供应商
6.负责其产品采购的对账
任职要求
1.教育背景:大学本科或以上学历
2.工作经验:有3年以上采购材料经验，对皮料采购熟悉
3.技能要求:熟悉箱包行业材料知识、行业产品知识、生产过程及质量标准
出色的内外部沟通能力，优秀的谈判能力
熟悉招标和采购流程，熟悉供应商评估、考核，熟悉相关质量体系标准
出色的内外部沟通能力，优秀的谈判能力
具备新供应商开发能力
具备短途出差能力
4.语言要求: 熟练的英语口语、书写及阅读能力，CET4或以上；
5.其他：责任心强、品质观念强、踏实认真、能吃苦耐劳
有外资企业采购经理工作经历者优先
有驾照者优先
