职位描述
工作职责：
1.根据采购计划部经理制订的计划对短缺物料进行采购;
2.向供应商开具物料订单，签订订货合同；
3.按订单及合同的要求支付预付款（如必要）并确定交货日期；
4.跟踪物料的生产情况、运输及到货情况，对不能按约定交货日期发货的情况进行上报；
5 从进料检验部门收集物料到货的质量情况；
6.对进料检验部门检测到的物料质量不良的情况，与供应商协商解决方案；
7.每月配合财务部完成月结客户的月结款项对帐工作；
8 与供应商协商欠款情况
9 根据生产要求联系外发供应商，确定外发计划，跟踪外发物料情况及报告情况
10 每月底委外发进行加工的详细报告。
任职要求：
1. 教育背景： 大学专科及以上；
2.工作经验： 三年以上工作经验，一年以上的管理能力，有相关行业者优先；
3.技能要求： 熟悉用友系统及一般办公软件；
4.语言要求： 熟练的英语口语、书写及阅读能力，CET4或以上；
5.其他：沟通、跟进能力，办事细心有主见；
