职位描述
Job Role:
? Source new and fashionable soft trims/accessories from suppliers able to meet our demands on fast sample development and on-time high quality for bulk production.
? Source concept trims from GZ market where necessary.
? Re-Source GZ concept trims quickly from appropriate bulk factory able to meet our demands on quality and conformity.
? Follow through with suppliers the development process of all sample developments and price negotiation ensuring on time and in cost so we can gain order.
? Merchandise and manage the production and quality of the bulk order with supplier and UK office ensuring all aspects meet our criteria.
? Inspecting / auditing of suppliers factories.
? Advising and monitoring bulk quality requirements with supplier and QC.
Types of product including:
? Embroidered collars
? Crochet collars
? Batten burg lace
? Hand-made beaded trimming
? Shoulder pads
? Tapes/ webbing etc.
Experience & qualification requirement:
? Have at least 5 years experience in the garment accessories industry
? Have excellent solid knowledge & experience in soft trimming line, especially in embroidery and hand-making beaded trimming
? Excellent knowledge of soft trimming production quality requirements for European Brands
? Strong ability to assess risk of various soft trimming
? Willing to work under pressure
? Willing to travel (this position base in GZ but work at home)
? Excellent knowledge of sourcing & dealing with suppliers in China
? Strong communication skill with both China factories, UK office
? Proficient in both written & spoken English & Mandarin
? Others related garment trimming & accessories knowledge (button, belt and necklace) is helpful.
