Job description:
1. Secretary and daily Administrative tasks.
2. Occasional translations or interpreting, on request.
3. Prepare orders when a business is won.
4. Follow-up test cases and communicate with other Labosport subsidiaries wherever on the world.
5. Bookkeeping
6. Communication with customers for their inquiries regarding testing projects.
7. Prepare quotations, invoices to customers.
8. Follow-up cases for testing progress and inform customers when changes.
9. Follow-up test cases and communicate with foreign and Chinese customers in English and Mandarin.

Requirements:
1. Fluent Mandarin and good English skills. Cantonese is a plus as well as France knowledge.
2. Mindful, adaptive, dedicated, team spirit and efficient.
3. Good oral presentation on the phone upon clients ‘calls.
4. Proficient in the use of computers, specifically good at Word and Excel.
5. Time flexible to be able to work with people overseas.
6. Able to handle a lot of various and dispatched information and synthetize it per client's cases.
7. Basic Knowledge of accounting
8. Experience in relation with administration such as Tax Bureau, banking,
9. 2 years’ experience and proactive.
Salary range: depends on experience: 3000-5000 RMB/month.

1、 负责公司基本的会计工作，如与税局和银行的沟通
2、 负责协助总经理处理各种日常事务及全球分支机构的联络沟通
3、 处理日常中英文邮件，跟进测试进度
4、 协助处理公司日常业务，必要时充当翻译
5、 有效跟进及催办经理交办的工作并及时汇报结果
6、 其他秘书职责，如经理日常文件管理、会议、行程及出差安排等
7、 跟进测试项目，有效和客户沟通测试进度
8、 准备报价单给客户进行报价

职位要求：
1、较强的英语听说读写能力，能与国外分支机构同事进行联络沟通，懂法语、粤语者优先考虑
2、责任心强，细心、积极、主动，讲究工作效率和团队合作
3、有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力，能与客户进行良好沟通
4、熟练使用办公软件 ，如WORD，EXCEL等
5、懂简单会计知识或者国际货运知识优先考虑

薪资3000~5000 RMB, 视经验能力定。试用期三个月。五险一金。
