Overview:
Manage major vertical / channel account independently, maintain long term relationship, collect market information manage channel conflicts and provide quality service with the objective of achieving total customer satisfaction, meeting company sales quota and assisting management in formulating sales strategy to expend market segments within Netconnect China Sales strategy, policies and guidelines as well as Sales Manager's and Industry Manager's supervision
Responsibilities:
(1) Maintain existing channels by supporting customers with terget segment focus and develop new channels by industry (banking, finance, government etc) and actively working with major top accounts in order to increase district sales revenue.
(2) Support customers with target segment focus, identify potential customers and take recruitment action with priority in order to penetrate more market share.
(3) Manage the channel conflicts in order to maximize the return to Tyco Electronics.
Implementation of Sales & Marketing Plan
Understand company direction and apply it into sales activities, execute marketing plan, organize and participate in company marketing event in order to increase sales revenue.
Sales Activities
Pursue sales leads, make plan and take action on project sales, negotiate the project price, coordinate with customer service and technival support, support the sales strategies (with distributor, VAR, ND&I and SI) in order to achieve sales target and develop channel.
Customer Service
(1) Build up and maintain good customer relationship, handle customer enquiries and coordinate with responsible personnels of various departments in order to provide prompt and qualified solution.
(2) Understand customer's technical and business requirement and provide best solution in order to meet customer need.
Marketing Activities
Maintain market awareness; collect updated market information and new technology development trends; and team-up with marketing department in conducting roadshows, seminar, channel update trainings in order to improve brand ranking and promote new products.
Report customer feedback
(1) Handle customer complaints on logistic and quality problem, report customer feedback to management in order to improve level.
(2) Report counterfeit product activities to IP (Intellectual Property) department colleagues in order to minimize the impact of counterfeit products.
Sales Team Lead
Coach and share sales experience with junior sales staffs in order to meet team target
Knowledge, Skill and Personal Development
(1) Accumulate experience in sales within product range or layout in order to provide better solution to end user
(2) Update knowledge directly or indirectly related to NETCONNECT system, improve selling skill, for example, presentation, negotiation skill, etc. and get familiar with company system in order to work more effectively
Qualifications:
Preferred in Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Science
4 years sales experience in related industry
Integrity, time management, ability to work under pressure, effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin), teamwork spirit, self-initiative, independent, good English skill (Basic read & write).
