Job Summary：
？ Coordinate R&D activities with Group and Marketing.
？ Work together with Sales and Marketing team to collect end user interests and market potential.
？ Coordinate projects activities with sales department.
？ Provide technical guidance, failure analysis tests, and product experiments.
？ Technical support and assistance to customers and internal departments.
？ Ability to explain technical knowledge into plain language to reach agreement.
？ Participate and contribute into decision making link with company and product performance.
？ Samples follow up for customer validation.
？ Has knowledge and experience of Project Management.
？ Obey company's EHS and EMS rules, eliminate potential risks on EHS field, participles in energy manage activities.
Qualifications：
？ Bachelor or above degree.
？ Major in Material, Mechanics or Chemical.
？ Technical specialized knowledge in Glass and Ceramics is preferred.
？ Good work and teamwork spirit, accept to work under pressure.
？ Accept business trips all over the world.
？ CET-4.
