岗位职责/ Job Responsibilities:
1 执行学校分配的教学任务，负责DSE英语科目的授课工作/ Execute teaching tasks assigned by the school, responsible for teaching DSE English subjects.
2 负责收集、整理、编写DSE授课的材料，负责DSE课程学生的功课批改以及学生的答疑等辅导性工作/ Collect, organize, and compile teaching materials for DSE courses, responsible for correcting students' homework and providing guidance for student inquiries and other tutorial work.
3 准备和设置合乎规范的评估，定期书写成绩报告/ Prepare and set standardized assessments, regularly write grade reports.
4 跟进学生的学习情况、行为规范和成长动态，关注学生的身心健康发展； Follow up on students' learning situations, behavior norms, and growth dynamics, paying attention to students' physical and mental health development.
5 遵照学校的教育发展规划，积极参与优化教学方案、课程研发、教研活动等工作 / Actively participate in optimizing teaching plans, curriculum development, and educational research activities in accordance with the school's educational development plan.
6 积极与学生和家长沟通，切实关怀，辅导学生提高学习成绩，巩固教学成果、营造良好的学习氛围/ Actively communicate with students and parents, provide effective care, guide students to improve their academic performance, consolidate teaching achievements, and create a good learning atmosphere.
7 配合学校开展教学行政事务、学生纪律等管理工作/ Cooperate with the school in carrying out teaching administrative affairs, student discipline, and other management work.
8 根据学校安排，参与课外活动、学校开放日等其他相关工作任务/ Participate in extracurricular activities, school open days, and other related tasks as arranged by the school.
任职要求/ Qualifications:：：
？ 全日制本科以上英语相关专业学历/ Bachelor's degree or above in English-related majors from full-time programs
？ 持有教师资格证/ Hold a teaching qualification certificate;
？ 熟悉并有DSE英语考试经验，有DSE英语授课经验者优先考虑/ Familiarity with and experience in DSE English exams, candidates with experience in teaching DSE English subjects are preferred
？ 具有良好的职业道德和进取精神，热爱教育行业，擅于与学生和家长通，有责任心和亲和/ Possess good professional ethics and a proactive spirit, passionate about the education industry, adept at communicating with students and parents, responsible, and amiable
？ 口语流利，发音标准，具备良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力/ Fluent in spoken English with standard pronunciation, possess excellent language expression and communication skills.
