Fresh Farmer Marketplace strives to solve the challenges of the international coffee market, both for buyers and sellers, harnessing the power of the Internet and digital technology. We are a B2B e-commerce marketplace that coffee producers and wholesale buyers can count on. From our operations center in China, we shorten the supply chain and connect farmers directly, quickly and easily with wholesale buyers and always maintaining high standards of credibility, trust and great service.
We are looking for a strong people leader to manage our team. The right person for this role is an experienced Sales Manager who can motivate their team to excellence. It is someone who knows what world-class sales and customer experience look like, and is itching to be the driving force behind an amazing sales team.
Location: Tianhe, Guangzhou
Main Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
2. Generates sales reports and forecasts
3. Monitors sales performance
4. Analyzes market trends and behaviors
5. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
6. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
7. Coordinating with marketing on projects and trade shows
8. Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
9. Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
10. Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Qualifications:
1. Five or more years of experience in managing sales team.
2. Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
3. Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
4. Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
5. Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
6. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
7. Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
8. Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
9. Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
10. Advanced time management skills
11. Leadership ability
12. Ability to travel at least 20% of the time
13. Good command of English
14. Knowledge of coffee green beans is a must
