Job Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with headquarters and suppliers to plan inspection schedule and Samples issues;
与总部和供应商沟通，规划检验行程和样品事宜；
2. Book the flight and hotel according to the inspection schedule for QC team;
根据QC小组的检查行程，预订机票和酒店；
3. Filing reports process by process, and issue the inspection certificates to supplier after authorized by headquarters;
办理申报手续，在总部授权后向供应商出具检验证明；
4. Upload all the inspection reports, inspection certificate to company system;
将所有的检验报告，检验证书上传到公司内部系统；
5. Monthly report about inspection status to supervisors;
每月向主管报告检验情况；
6. Sample arrangement: Arrange the company's samples such as distribution, receiving, photo taking etc and other relevant affairs;
样品安排：安排公司的样品分发，收货，拍照等相关事宜；
7. Check the samples according to the technical file information. Perform the functional test and give critical comments when needed;
根据技术文件信息检查样品。 进行功能测试，并在需要时提供关键的意见；
8. Prepare the daily sample list and sample report. Be sure those samples have a traceable record;
准备样本清单和样本报告。 确保那些样本有可追溯的记录；
9. Statistic the attendance record of the inspectors and send to HR every month;
每个月初都要统计验货员上个月的考勤记录，然后发给HR；
10. Any other work assigned by Manager or Line Managers required;
上级安排的其他工作;

Job Requirements:
1. With College degree or above, preferable with quality technical control or trading major；
***大专以上学历，国际贸易专业、有跟单和质量控制经验优先考虑;
2. Fluent Chinese and English (oral and written);
具有良好的英语口语和书面表达能力（公司有外国人）；
3. Familiar with Microsoft software, such as Excel, Word, PPT;
熟练使用微软办公软件如excel，word，PowerPoint;
4. High level of self-motivation, determination and confidence in your abilities;
有上进心、决心以及自信心；
5. Meticulous attention to detail, Objectivity and patient;
对细节一丝不苟，对待事情要客观和耐心；
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and clear logical thinking;
