业务员--运动织品类 Merchandiser-- Sportware Textile
工作职责:(请投递中英文简历)
1、产品开发:提供优质的产品分析、新产品开发,精准报价服务。熟悉产品开发,了解北欧市场及欧盟条例。提供专业的供应商资格认定和能力评估服务。
2、供应商管理:管理供应商的业务关系,建立良好的供应商网络满足客户当前和未来的业务需求。负责新供应商和工厂开发。负责对供应商实行生产监督,流程控制和质量控制。解决合同执行过程中可能出现的逾期交货、产品质量问题及其突发问题。能积极、果断地处理,并在规定时间内拿出可操作的解决方案。熟悉产品测试标准和要求,确保产品质量符合客户的检测标准。
3、流程管理:完善日常跟单流程,订单录入、处理客户和供应商的日常问题订单(即价格/ 交付/质量/产品开发)。负责跟踪合同的执行,把握进度、数量和质量的要求,生产过程的跟进以及安排质检人员验货。根据总部和客户要求能及时调度、解决各类问题。
4、样品管理及必要的工厂、展会出差,以及公司安排的其它相关工作。
职位要求:
1、大学专科及以上学历,国际经济与贸易或商务英语专业.
2、精通英文口语及书面表达技巧,熟练操作办公软件。
3、精通外贸流程及,熟悉运动织品类相关知识,及了解北欧运动服装产品潮流趋势及欧盟条例。
4、6年以上相关工作经验,并至少在一家公司超过4年的工作经历。有制衣行业经验背景优先。
5、具有良好的应变性、时间管理和协作能力。
6、具有良好的逻辑思维能力,善于沟通、协调、公关,领悟能力高,情商高。
7、为人正直诚实、吃苦耐劳。工作作风细致、严谨,有较强的工作热情和责任感,能承受一定的 工作压力。
Job Description: Merchandiser-- Sportware Textile
We are searching for a merchandiser to follow up in our sportware and textile division who are willing to develop our products and quality further.
1. Responsibilities; to provide a very good communication and coordination with all our suppliers. Analyze all the products to provide the right quality, develop new products and suppliers, sourcing and correct inquiry. Be very familiar with all products and keep a clear information record, as well as EU policy. Interested in sportware design and trends in North of Europe. Provide professional supplier qualification and capability assessment service. Help the customers/buyers to maintenance work.
2. Supplier management; Manage textile supplier business relationships and establish a good supplier network to meet customers' current and future business needs. Business needs: Responsible for supervising the implementation of the production to suppliers, process the quality control. Responsible for resolving problems that may occur. The delivery, product quality problems and other unexpected problems. To actively and decisively deal with and within the specified time to come up with workable solutions.
Familiar with the sportware testing standards and requirements to ensure product quality to meet customer’s testing standards. New Suppliers and factory development.
3. Process management; improving daily with a single process, daily follow up work orders, order data input, deal with customers and suppliers orders daily (price, quotation, delivery, quality, new products). Responsible for tracking the implementation of the order, grasp the quality and quantity progress. The production process and quality control schedule and make report for the QC to follow up inspections. Identify problems, timely schedule and resolve. Feedback to buyers.
4. Sample handling, suppliers and fair visit. Other related job asigned by company.
Job requirements;
1. College and higher education, international economics and trade business English.
2. More than six college English. Fluently speaking, reading and writing English. Skilled with office software. CET-4 or CET-6. Professional in foreign trade business.
3. More than 6 years working experience in sportware industry and more than 4 years in one company. Best for clothing manufacturing experience.
4. Good strain, well organized, time management and collaboration capabilities.
5. Logic thinking ability, excellent communication, coordination, public relations, and high ability comprehend, high emotional intelligence, honest, hard-working. Excellent working style with strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. Must be able to work under heavy working-load and pressure.

We have been doing business more than half a century for home using items such as furniture/outdoor garden furniture/kitchenware/housewares/sports/lighting/etc. We have our own brands In that we are selling to our customers in Scandinavia. We have nice showrooms and huge warehouses to store the goods imported and supply all our customers.
Guangzhou office is located in Pazhou which is 3 minutes to Pazhou metro station (Line 8). Opal has more than 10 year’s history in China and we are mainly doing purchasing and quality control.
