Job Function
In Guangzhou we are the strategic Information Service Hub in Mars IS Asia Pacific Area. To deliver HR Operation Excellence is the core competence of P&O function along with playing a strong role as Business Co-pilot.
This is an extraordinary opportunity from HR standpoint, presenting lots of challenges in terms of HR general functions, such as enhancing the effectiveness of the recruitment process, embedding strategic hiring into the resourcing initiative, and developing a good associate relationship for an highly engagement working environment.
This position – P&O Supervisor will need to:
Be responsible for recruitment & resourcing for providing a good talent pipeline for business and also share the responsibility in other HR functions, such as internal communications, associates engagement, with the potential support extend to Mars IS Asian Pacific Region.
Responsibilities Areas
> Accountable for talent demand analysis
> Act as the co-pilot role to work closely with the line mangers to recruit the best- fit candidates to support the growth of the business.
> Manage the Campus Recruit Programme and build and enhance good relationship with target universities.
> Promote ISC company branding through recruitment & resourcing activities.
> Manage the recruitment agency to make sure consistent and good service delivery.
> Be responsible for the associate relationship or associate engagement programme
> Be responsible for the compliance with local legal requirements, ie. Labour law, IIT legal regulation and keep management team update with the change of policy and also provide recommendation for solution if change.
> Support other function’s role such as recruitment, associate engagement, and talent development.
> Support the P&O regional & global project with the pro-active result driven approach.
Qualifications and relevant experience
> A minimum 5 years of HR experience is highly recommended, with fundamental exposure in recruitment specialized function is preferred.
> Have experience of working in a multinational company
> Good interpersonal skills with a great ability to build excellent relationships and a strong network with associates and line managers.
> A strong team player that recognizes that team success allows the platform for personal success
> Open minded with positive attitude towards change
> With strength on logical thinking, good problem solving skill and self motivation, able to work under pressure.
> Fluent in oral and written English
