1、商务管理工作：负责办理公司项目所有商务工作，具体按公司管理办法执行，对相关报表、台账工作的统筹安排，并及时、准确填报。

2、成控管理工作：负责办理本项目所有成本管理工作，具体按公司成控管理办法执行，对相关报表、台账工作的统筹安排，并及时、准确填报。

3、项目付款管理工作。

任职要求：

1、45岁以下，大专以上学历，工程造价相关专业；

2、5年以上建筑企业造价、预结算管理工作经验其2年以上管理工作经验；

3.熟悉工程预结算程序、工艺和质量流程，熟悉工程项目的成本核算成本控制知识，熟知江西省定额；

4.熟练掌握预算定额及工程量清单计价规则，熟悉相关市场价格，能独立完成工程成本测算，熟练使用相关预算软件、办公软件；

5.***中建做过项目经理的或者做过大型项目的会建模算量。

6、能接受一定时间的驻场。
