Job Description
1.Develop and maintain EHS system and make sure all procedures implementation effectively, up to date and fully execution.
2.Provide EHS technical support and coordination to daily operations, and closely work with engineering, production, Material, QA staff to ensure all process complying with company EHS policy and regulations.
3.Establish and conduct regular site inspection program to identify potential safety and environment troubles and disobedient behaviors, take corrective actions, and track through to completion.
4.Provide necessary EHS training, examination and appraisal to company errant positions.
5.Develop Personal Protective Equipment management system to operators.
6.Maintain and improve site emergency management and security system. Liaise with security guard and contractors to introduce company EHS policy and regulations.
7.Participate in writing SOPs with regard to EHS contents. Organize Hazard analysis for introducing new processes.
8.Establish a system to inspect and test safety and environment protection devices, such as Fire water equipment, static grounding and so on, develop a checklist for critical safety devices and control points to ensure the implementation of inspection and test.
9.Responsible for environment and health management, supervise the operation of environment protection devices, inspection the discharge of all kinds of waste.
10.Conduct new project or extended project EHS pre-assessment; make sure it meets corporate EHS requirement and regulation requirement.
11.Conduct and review accident and incident investigations to determine root cause and proactive solutions to ensure they meet corporate policies for corrective actions.
12.Provide all kinds of EHS regulations and norms according to the policy of company and native government. Interface with correlative local administration bureaus such as Fire management, Safety inspection, Environment protection, and Police to achieve relevant business licenses and keep smooth communication.
13.Monthly report all information data related to EHS in internal system.
14.Maintain 24 hours emergency contact.
15.Complete or support other tasks assigned by company.

Job Requirement
1.Bachelor's degree or above in related major.
2.Over 3 years' specific working experience in manufacturing environment.
3.Good communicating and coordinating abilities.
4.Good English and good computer skills.
5.Less experience can be considered as Engineer.
