1．从业务那拿到订单资料

2．从工厂那拿到预计的货物完成时间

3．根据上面两点更新自己的资料

4．整理出签s/o所需的资料，根据订单交期提前14天签s/o，若客人指定有forwarder，与之联络签s/o事宜，若无指定，自行找forwarder或船公司询价比较后再签s/o。

5．出货前一天与生管确定已经完货并经检验。

6．相关的货物资料;毛净重、材质、规格等资料及来厂装货司机在海关备案的相关信息;交由报关员报关。

7．确认货物已依s/o船期出货。

8．此时船公司或forwarder做出b/l后，要求其传真草稿件，以便确认b/l上之内容无误。付清local charge后，既可领取b/l.

9．制作押汇所需文件，若此客人为t/t term，则只需b/l及invoice,若为l/c term,依照l/c上要求做文件

10．整理船务出货文件交由业务整合归档。

11. ERP收货
