主要职责-列出主要工作任务 Major Responsibilities-List down the major tasks:

1. Contribute to manage budgets (labor efficiency, BOL, process warrant cost, error proofing, operational quality, OEE, etc…)
2. Define and manage investments and process cost for new and or existing projects (CAPEX)
3. Assure production processes are executed according defined SOP, procedures and 5S discipline
4. Contribute to resolution of Non conformities
5. Review of the Value stream Map based on production planning and optimize the flow and line balancing accordingly
6. Document standardized work instructions and temporary Rework Instructions (including document control)
7. Evaluate material and product packaging
8. Co-define and optimize Control plan for Maintenance
9. Participate on 8D and problem solving
10. Participate on machine trouble shooting
11. Set, monitor and evaluate Process Parameters and Product Parameters (Capability study, trend monitoring and implementation of corrective and preventive actions)
12. Provide/modify process documentation for product and process changes (including update of process FMEA, Control Plan and internal required documents and customer required documents)

关键任职资格Key Competencies:

1. Fluent in English
2. in depth knowledge about, FMEA, Six Sigma & Lean techniques (included problemsolving techniques), Statistics, PLC and labview programming, 5s and Standard Work, ISO-TS & VDA requirements
3. Knowledge about MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel
