岗位职责：

1. 负责合作项目跟进，包括项目的合同、账目、手续资料的记录和整理；
2. 负责商务合同的履行、及时协调和协助解决出现的商务问题；
3. 负责跟进合同进度，包括项目进度、采购进度、客户付款进度、开票等；
4. 负责与客户和内部人员的双向沟通；
5. 负责客户接待的相关工作，协调处理公司对外商务事宜；
6. 负责产品材料采购询价报价事务；
7. 完成领导交办的其他事务工作。

岗位要求：

1. 因我司主营海外项目，该岗位须具备良好英语听说读写能力，需大学英语六级或以上，或大学英语四级但听说读写能力优秀者也可考虑；
2. 本科学历，英语、国际贸易等相关专业，3年以上商务外贸工作经验；
3. 性格外向开朗，工作细心认真；有较强的的文字水平和沟通表达能力；
4. 良好的团队协作精神，具有较强的责任心；
5. 熟悉外贸进出口流程，及外贸相关知识；
6. 熟练使用Office办公软件。
