工作地点可以是北京,上海或者广州
工作内容 Accountability:
1. 对外:对客户 External to Customers
a) 负责寻找,筛选高端入户门的地产客户和项目,并根据项目/地产客户的情况进行多维度评级,并作出针对性的行动来促成销售 Responsible to explore and screen and approach customers/projects which have opportunities on premium door, grade & prioritize these customers/projects with multi perspectives to drive go-get actions for sales
b) 负责从价值链角度分析和评估地产项目的可落地可销售的可行性和风险,并作出综合判断和提议决策和销售计划 Responsible to analyze and evaluate project landing opportunities, feasibilities, risks, option from whole value chain, then propose decisions and plans for sales
c) 负责售前谈判,与客户签订项目合约或者意向书 Responsible for pre-sales activities, and eventually to sign sales contract or agreement with customers
d) 负责客户的工厂考察,并主导项目投标全过程 Responsible for customer factory visit arrangement, lead whole project bidding process
2. 对外:对渠道 External to channel
a) 负责寻找、筛选符合KA销售公司要求的,可以接高端入户门项目的经销商(现有的和新增的),并配合销售一起完成经销商审核、授权、入库 Responsible to explore, screen and select potential dealers (existing & new ones) which complies with KA policies and have project resources on premium doors, cooperate with sales to recruit, authorize, stock-in these qualified dealers
b) 提议高端入户门经销商激励政策,奖惩政策,目的是管理好并激励他们做好做大高端入户门项目,服务好我们的客户,激励他们跨品类销售 Propose and suggest dealer incentive policies, punishment/awards proposals, so that they can get & land more premium door orders, can better serve our common customers
3. 对内:KA销售和KA产品经理 Internal: to KA sales and KA product manager
a) 将已经获得的合约或者订单,无缝转交给销售进行落地 Seamless handover sign contract/agreement/orders to KA sales, so that KA sales can land and execute smoothly
b) 与KA产品经理共同解读梳理客户需求,并转化为产品参数配置,做价格分析和毛利分析,负责最终确定投标价格和产品组合方案 Hand-in-Hand with KA product manager, to clarify and prioritize customer requirements, then to translate them into product spec/profile settings, propose price and margin analysis, eventually confirm our product offer and price to customers/dealers
4. 对内:工厂 Internal: to factory
对照客户的要求,负责与内部工厂商谈样品和大货的生产周期和交期 Matching sample and mass delivery & production schedule to customer desired dates and requirements, lead the negotiation with factory
任职条件Requirements:
- 有非常丰富的高端入户门售前、方案定制、项目投标和谈判的经验,有一定的客户资源或者渠道资源,同时懂门,也懂不同地产客户不同项目的当前和未来的需求,并有能力将这些需求转化为公司可实现的有利润的销售 Very solid and proven project experience with premium door (pre-sales, customized solutions, project bidding and negotiation), have some resources on customers/channels, solid & insightful knowledge on doors, on different types of customers and their needs, and have strong capability to transform all these into profit sales orders
- 对内对外有极强的沟通协调能力,能主动与客户/销售/经销商/研发/售后人员进行持续的有效的沟通 Very strong communication and coordination skills, can proactively and continuously and effectively communicate with customers/sales/dealers/R&D/after sales
- 逻辑思维强,有条理有计划的开展工作,对数字敏感,对产品热爱和执着 Very strong logic thinking, methodically plan and execute daily jobs, very sensitive to numbers, love and passionate to product
- 很强的学习能力,结果导向 Strong learning skills, result oriented
- 熟练掌握和应用Word, Excel, PPT并能够熟练地对客户演讲谈判: Master skill on word, excel, ppt, fluent onsite presentation skills to customers
- 掌握CAD基本技能 Basic skill on CAD
基本英文的读写技能 Basic English skill (read & write)
