1. Conduct data collection and research on environmental footprint for selected products

2. Advise on capability building on environmental topics based on Meiyume requirements

3. Implement supplier monitoring program by conducting regular environmental and social compliance audits at suppliers’ sites;

4. Complete audit report and draft CAPs for factory to respond after each audit;

5. Review and follow up with suppliers to complete Corrective Action Plans after audit;

6. Provide orientation to new suppliers;

7. Collaborate with the suppliers to establish long-term remediation goals, and to develop implementation plans to address root causes of the violations and achieve sustainable improvement;

8. Assist VCS team members to maintain core factory and customer profiles;

Job requirements:

1. Graduate in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science / Environmental Management / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry is preferred.
2. Minimum 2-year-experience in Corporate Social Responsibility in areas of, environmental, workplace health and safety, or labor issues;
3. Analytical ability based on data and facts and Research capability on related subjects;
4. Written and verbal communication is precise and effective; 
5. Demonstrated ability of problem solving with creative thinking and effective solutions;
6. Good command of office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
7. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
