• Operation for Direct Import shipments

            

  - Update order list and work with supplier to ensure shipment per customer’s request

  - Communicate with supplier to get shipping documents

  - Generate invoices and packing list under GEA entity in customer’s system

    

  - Collect and recheck Forwarder Cargo Receipt (FCR), BL

    

  - Send invoices, packing lists, FCR and relevant documents to customer

    

  - Solve document and logistics issues

  - Collect and send out payment collection documents to customer’s bank, cross      

    

   check the open account instruction with each PO.

    

  - Update the payment tracking file and follow up with finance team if there’s any issue.

• Set up DI process in case there is new direct import project.
• Analyze and update DI cost tracking file for DI accounts and share with Finance and Sourcing.
• Direct Import main contact window for all related parties

What you need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree
• Good speaking, writing and reading skills in English
• Excellent communication skill
• Responsible, good in time management, and result oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
• Good organizing and planning skills
• Can-do attitude with problem solving skill
• Minimum 2 years experiences in logistics field
