岗位职责：
1. 完成区域推广团队的组建与管理，包括参与人员的招聘以及新人的培训（全职+临时）
2.市场预算的制定与执行，合理化高效利用公司资源，提高投入产出比；
3.拓展市场推广渠道，开展异业合作，完成外场推广点的联系与场地布置以及运营，人员监督和管理，确保业绩达成
4. 为团队成员合理拆解和分配任务目标，并对人员及业绩达成情况进行监控、考核和激励。
5. 市场数据的统计与汇总、分析，不断提高有效leads数量及转化率。

任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历；
2、三年以上教育行业市场推广工作经验；
3、吃苦耐劳，执行力强；
4、思维条理性较强，主动思考能力，能够在压力下进行自我调节，独立完成工作；
5、熟练使用Excel。
