To manage all aspects of Fitness Department.  To plan, organize and proactively promote an extensive range of events and activities.  To ensure that all Team Members are suitably prepared to offer the very best standards of service to the guests. To ensure that the facilities are in the best possible state of repair and cleanliness.  To design, implement, monitor and maintain service initiatives and administrative system to be creative.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求：

    

1. Thorough organization and supervisory skills proficient in accomplishing the task.

2. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect and analyze accurate information and resolve conflicts.

擅长于处理宾客关系，能快速有效的应对各种问题。

3. Must be physically fit and able to work long hours.

体格健康并能承受长时间工作。

    

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求：

1. Excellent mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels.

2. Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.

3.Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
