2、精通服装打版、放码、排唛架，懂手工出样，放码，排料；熟悉各类服装面料特性，掌握人体造型结构特点，熟悉行、静中人体各部分之间的尺寸规律；精通服装裁剪；
3、为技术部和生产部工作提供技术支持；
4、能协助跟单完成样板质量控制及任务调度等工作，从而保证样板制作工作顺利进行；
5、有团队精神，有上进心、责任心。良好的心态和做事的方法，工作积极主动，应变沟通能力强。
