1. 负责公司各类创意文案撰写，在team leader的统筹下将执行项目按广告策略在指定预算和时间内完成；
2. 具备一定的策略思考能力，在创意发想方面，能按时产出符合策略要求的高质量IDEA，为相关创意内容提供核心创意；
3. 把控相关出品内容的品质及进度，将IDEA作品撰写成平面文案，TVC脚本，广播广告脚本或其它相关的出品形式；
4. 能带领资浅创意人员一同发想创意，并给予方向的指引。
任职要求：
1. 大学本科及以上，中文/新闻/公关专业优先，2年及以上广告公司相关工作经验，有车企服务经验更佳；
2. 文字功底扎实，并能不断尝试不同的文案风格；
3. 有良好的理解、沟通和资源发展、整合、协调能力。
