岗位职责：

   

1、处理客户订单，在系统制定合同、审查订单相关内容，内部下单到采购与船务部，跟踪整个订单过程；

   

2、在订单跟进上，处理好与采购船务关系、业务、客户之间的沟通，及时汇报进度；

   

3、联系采购船务、业务员，处理出口环节涉及的各项问题；

   

4、负责执行跟踪订单付款，定时整理客户应收货款， 协助处理客诉；

   

5、完成上司交办的其他工作；

   

岗位要求：

   

1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业，具备良好的英语听读写水平；熟练运用各种办公软件；

   

2、1年以上外贸相关领域工作经验；

   

3、有意向在外贸行业发展，了解外贸流程、国际快递运输服务、富通/用友系统或有外贸工作经验者优先。

   

4、了解进出口业务流程，熟悉外贸进出口业务环节；

   

5、工作责任心强，认真踏实，严谨细致，抗压能力强；

   

6、具备良好的客户服务意识、学习能力、沟通能力及团队协作能力；
