职位描述
Respondsibility:
l Follow up non-conforming from the supplier audit, during-process inspection, pre-shipment inspection.
l Work closely with suppliers to identify the root cause, drive for corrective and preventives actions to resolve the quality issues.
l Follow up quality complaints from customers, product returns and safety recalls,
l Provide technical support include quality documents to QC at daily operation.
l Work with product engineer and 3rd party lab to get product safety certification or PPT report, IR on time.
Knowledge, Experience, and Education:
l 5+ years of experience as Supplier Quality Engineer
l 5+ years of BBQ, Electric fireplace , gas heater etc product experience preferred
l Education: Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineer preferred
l good read and written communication skills in English is required
l Ability to interact well with others and create a positive teamwork environment required.
l strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel required.
