岗位职责：
1、参与制定部门SOP流程制度并负责落实。
2、参与建立操作团队，培训和指导操作人员工作。
3、优化流程，提升工作效率，确保货物当天发出。
4、负责部门日常管理工作，合理规划仓储设备和物料储备满足实际操作需要。
5、调度车辆，合理安排收货线路及收货时间顺序。
6、合理分配工作量。
7、及时反馈及处理工作中遇到的问题。
8、保证在仓货物的安全性及准确性。
9、上级安排的其他任务。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，物流、运输管理专业；
2、熟练操作计算机及办公自动化软件；
3、熟悉物流操作流程及相关标准规范，具有物流运输、仓储领域专业的操作技能，有很强的客服意识；
4、具备良好的沟通和组织协调能力，较强的分析和解决问题能力，积极主动，吃苦耐劳，责任心强，能承受较大的工作压力。
5、1-2年物流行业工作经验，有主管级以上管理工作经验优先考虑；
