1、负责基础设施维护，包括泥水和木工的工作，如天花、墙壁、墙纸、地板等的保养和修复工作；

2、保持场地卫生，材料物品堆放整齐，不得私自动用材料制作或工作任务无关的物品；

3、工作场地严禁吸烟，做好安全防火工作，做到不返工，保质保量完成任务。

任职要求：

1、23-45岁，2年以上土木装饰维修工作经验，工业园或装修公司工作背景者优先考虑；

2、熟练掌握本部木工、油工、泥瓦工装修及维修保养规程，执行上级下达的计划指令，完成商场的维修保养任务；
