施工队/施工班组/工班 要求:

1、班组长要会看施工图纸，必须参加项目交底会议；

2、要求各工种人员齐整，各班组人员有五年以上施工经验；

3、各班组人员服从班组长和公司项目经理的安排和指令；

4、贯彻执行文明施工、安全施工有关规定和制度，消除隐患、杜绝事故发生；

5、配合公司项目经理管理好施工现场及其它需要的事项；

 

主要项目：公装为主（工业园区、办公室、连锁商业商铺、售楼部等等）

                 家装（样板间、地产精装 中高端公寓、大平层、别墅）
