2、负责整个项目各种施工方案以及进度计划、月、周工作安排编制和落实。

3、严格质量管理，保证施工质量达到国家规定的标准或合同的要求。

4、合理的组织、调度生产要素，实施日常工作中的组织、计划、指挥、协调、控制、鼓励的职责，保证工程质量、安全文明、工期和效益的目标得以实现。

5、负责施工现场管理，合理使用物料、机械设备和劳动力，控制各工程项目的施工成本。

6、持建造师证者优先。
