2、 参与项目初期的研究、方案选择、技术论证，主持设计过程中结构专业的方案优化;

3、 负责施工进度、质量安全、消防等过程管理;

4、 负责开发项目的成本控制。

任职条件：

1、结构、建筑、机电等相关专业本科以上学历；

2、5年以上工作经验， 一级/二级建造师资格。

3、具有清晰的建筑工程项目开发管理思路和先进的项目管理理念，熟悉相关的成本控制系统；

4、具备较强的领导能力、较强的沟通、协调和管理能力，有较强的战略管理能力、决策能力和组织协调能力。
