1.负责产品0-1的推广，通过渠道投放及推广，控制成本并达成拉新目标；

2.负责社交电商、拼多多、抖音电商、直播等渠道运营管理；

3.用户运营，建立用户分层策略、激励措施，制定拉新、活跃、留存、转化等一系列完善的运营规划并执行；

4.内容社区搭建，负责KOL资源拓展及维护，建立成长体系，刺激KOL持续生产内容；

5.针对运营工作进行数据跟踪分析，监测市场发展动态，发现用户需求，配合改进产品；

6.对竞争对手发展动态保持灵敏的嗅觉，并能给出恰当的对策。

职位要求：

1.本科以上学历，3年以上互联网移动端运营工作经验，熟悉互联网产品运营规则和方法，有相关运营渠道等资源优先考虑；

2.具备较强的资源拓展判力，有一定的活动策划和组织能力；

3.优秀的产品运营能力，能胜任从运营规划到落地执行；

4.有较强的执行力、逻辑思维能力、沟通能力、项目管理能力；

5.工作主动积极，能承受一定工作压力。
