Responsibilities

-        Handling high volume administrative and transactional employee life cycle, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, probation review follow-up, contract renewal, exit process

-        HRIS maintenance in high accuracy (HRIS Career Settings, People+, MPC)

-        Employee p-file checking and filing

-        Execute HR-related processes, partnering closely with HRBP, HR payroll, IT, Finance and other company functional stakeholders

-        Intern onboarding & exit management and payroll delivery

-        Expatriate allowance payment delivery

-        Expatriate work permit and work visa application

 

Requirements

-        Bachelor degree or above

-        Good skills of communication both in Chinese and English

-        At least 2 years HR operation team experiences

-        Excellent command of Microsoft

-        Familiar with China Labor legislation process
