1）本科以上学历。

2）2年以上绩效管理相关工作经验,熟悉项目制考核;

3）品行端正,执行力和抗压力强;

4）善于沟通,具有较强的的团队协作精神和服务意识;

5）熟练使用office等办公软件;

6）有资深绩效考核管理经验者优先。

岗位职责：

1）员工月度工作计划管理、季度评价、年度评价；

2）协助建立公司绩效考核体系,推行公司的绩效考核制度;

3）负责各部门绩效考核的实施及考核结果反馈;

4）诊断绩效管理问题点,不断优化绩效管理方案;

5）领导交办的其他事项；

6）福利待遇：底薪+全勤+房补+餐补+社保，周末双休。
