What You’ll Be Doing （Main Job Responsibilities）:

• Do monthly AP reconciliation with suppliers
• Responsible for various payment request review, accounting processing and payment handling, manage AP balance.
• Operate e-banking payment
• Do GLA balance analysis and internal management reports.
• Responsible for monthly tax filing including export tax rebate of Trading company.
• Prepare documents for export tax rebate as required
• Responsible for monthly accounting vouchers binding and filing
• Complete other tasks assigned by direct leader

Qualifications and traits: 

• Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or financial management
• More than 4 years accounting experience, including AR, AP, GL, Invoicing.
• familiar with fiscal and taxation system, accounting standards, financial regulations.
• Fluent English reading and writing, and good spoken Engish.
• Skillful use of financial accounting software and excel forms and other tools.
• Experience in export tax rebate is preferred.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
