1、学历要求：

（1）全日制专科及以上。

（2）专业要求：物流管理、物流工程、交通运输、商务英语、市场营销、金融学、经济学、企业管理、统计学、国际经济与贸易、电子商务等专业。

3、培养方式及目标：

（1）培训方式：在各部门进行业务在岗培训。之后根据培训情况及个人发展意向确定具体岗位，从基层基础岗位做起。公司将提供相关管理知识的培训，保持对再训生的持续培养和关注。

（2）培养目标：3年成为部门经理，5年可以成为分公司经理。

（3）发展方向：中层及以上管理干部，根据公司发展在全国范围内调配。
