岗位职责：

1.    Provide QC Engineering support to Molding/ Stamping product in vendors or In house Molding.   

2.    Conduct regular vendor quality system audit, and follow up Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions.  

3.    Coordinate trial run and evaluation on process and product and achieve process capability targets.

4.    Collaborates with Production / Vendors on incoming materials related product / process development in establishing reasonable specification, preventive action, PM & etc.

5.    Analyze, coordinate and resolve incoming quality problems.

6.    Carry out assignment outlined in quality improvement programs, cost of Quality projects and Cost Improvement Projects.   

7.    Supervise vendors to follow Schick quality control procedure. Supervise IQC auditors, related quality engineers/ inspectors in vendor side. 

8.    Support second sourcing vendor estimation and complete product validation process.

任职要求：

1. B.A. Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Over 3 years experience in Quality Control function, preferably
3. Have knowledge in statistic data analysis; 
4. Skillful in operatingMS Office series applications especially Excel, being ableto use Minitab would be an advantage to this position.
5. Experienced in using various quality tools such as PFMEA, SPC to drive for improvement on the quality system both
6. Internally and at the suppliers' facilities.
7. Being proactive in accomplishing job assignments under verylittle supervision
