1、协助经理对公司进行团队管理；

2、负责经理的日常行程安排；

3、负责文件，信件，函电的接收与转达；

4、负责日常经营工作中文件的起草；

5、负责来访的接待、商务随行；

6、协助安排外出行程、翻译资料。

任职资格

1、人品善良，性格开朗、直率；责任心、事业心强，能承受工作压力，团队协作能力佳；

2、具备良好的沟通协调能力，公文写作功底扎实；

3、英语四级

    Adelto is a foreign-owned enterprise designing electronic solutions for the AV industry, including audio processing and amplification products for installation and live events, as well as lighting controls and fixtures for architectural and event applications.
We focus on unique and market-driven design concepts, including both common and new technologies. Our products are marketed in an ODM approach to customers under their own brands, as well as in an OBM approach under our own proprietary brands. Our customer base includes European, North American and South East Asian customers, and our company is a regular participant in relevant trade shows. Our Chinese design office targets to bring together the best local talent in audio electronics, switch mode electronics, acoustics and solid state lighting to explore the vast local supply chain opportunities in the most efficient way.
