1. 负责实验室的检测分析工作；

2. 负责实验室的仪器如NMR、HPLC、LCMSMS、GCMS、TGA等仪器的使用和维护；

3. 负责实验室分析方法的开发和优化；

4. 负责实验室方法的培训；

5. 负责客户售后问题的质量分析和解决；

6.负责产品的图谱解析。

任职资格：

1 .硕士以上学历，化学分析专业、药物分析相关专业；

2.有2年以上医药行业工艺分析经验，有CRO工作背景者优先；

3.熟练掌握HPLC，LCMS，GCMS，IR,UV,NMR和TGA的操作和具备药品结构分析能力。并对液相方法开发有丰富的经验；

4.工作效率高，能高效安排自己每天的工作流程；抗压能力强；

5.熟练使用基本的工作软件，具备基本的英语阅读和书写能力；

6.有良好的沟通能力，有团队合作精神，工作认真，责任心强。
