岗位职责：

1、负责分析目标市场目标人群的消费习惯，消费水平以及喜好，通过线上线下渠道选择具有潜力的爆品；

2、负责分析潜力产品的卖点，对产品风格、质地、样式、包装等进行整体把控；

3、负责产品的营销文案撰写（突出产品卖点及亮点），根据产品定位对用户群体进行理性分析；

4、负责每天关注竞品信息，对其销量、规格、样式、颜色等进行分析，为选品提供新思路；

5、负责浏览电商平台及自媒体平台（社交网站、众筹平台、公众化、直播），

     关注时尚潮流，紧随热门帖子，分析其营销思路及产品卖点；

6、负责分析评估市场及消费者购买力，为产品定价及促销提供数据支持。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，设计类、数据分析类相关专业；

2、有礼品行业相关经验优先考虑，有线上或线下开款经验亦可；

3、具备优秀的计划、分析、协调、沟通能力，擅长商品统筹，能根据销售数据制定商品策略及商品结构；

4、熟练运用EXCEL等办公软件，对数据敏感，有数据分析及货品管理相关经验。
