RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

• Support line manager to construct media strategic plan with consumer insights, market trend analysis and new ideas for traditional, digital and social media.
• Assist to work with media vendors, MNC or KOL to develop strategy plan into tactical plan.
• Provide necessary support in campaign execution, ensuring campaigns are kept on track and meet the clients’ goals.
• Provide campaign reports with results, conclusions and suggested optimizations.
• Manage day-to-day communications with relevant parties and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Train and develop the Senior Planner or Planner in the team.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years proven experiences in strategic media planning, 4A agency is preferred.
• Good at English & Chinese speaking, reading & writing.
• Self-motivated and dedicated.
• Experienced in FMCG marketing campaign is preferred.
• Experienced in managing media briefs, budgets, and aligning digital strategy with global brand strategy is preferred.
