1.主导分管部门的整体管理，对分管部门的发展与运作状况负责；

2.管控分管部门年度工作规划，审核预算方案，针对各项责任指标对工作任务进行有效分解，监督工作任务的完成情况与质量；监督检查日常工作的服务品质、工作流程及运营状况；

3.负责推进优化分管部门各类规章制度、决议与检查事项；

4.负责规划分管部门人才梯队建设，持续关注团队配置，构建高效管理团队；

5.负责公司商户、客户及合作伙伴关系的建立与维护；

6.及时掌握物业管理外部资源信息，建立、维护当地政府与相关部门的良好公共关系；

7.完成总经理交办的其他工作任务。

任职要求：

1.本科或以上学历，专业不限；

2.具有8年以上综合管理相关工作经验，3年以上高级管理岗位从业经验；

3. 沟通、协调、创新能力、外联能力，以及处理突发事件能力，具备前瞻性、策略性；

4.熟练掌握Office办公软件。
